Kasey is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Yoga (AHC, RYT200) Instructor having studied at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda & Yoga. She came across Ayurveda and Yoga in her own journey toward health, as she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 25. Refusing to settle for a lifetime of prescription medication, she looked for an alternative. Ayurveda and Yoga are that alternative and they have changed her life. She feels incredibly fortunate to have found these sister sciences and is passionate about bringing this healing and balance to as many people as she can, especially her husband, Steve, and two boys, Grady & Sam.
Mike is the guy behind the scenes, working to bring Ayurveda into as many lives as possible, through sales and marketing. He became interested in Ayurveda when he was asked to be one of Kasey's first clinical studies in school and, through that experience, saw the wisdom and benefit of this ancient science. When he isn't talking Ayurveda with people, he is the busy Operations Manager and Producer at Mints Insurance Agency, as well as a husband and father of two sons.

Katy Glah, RYT200, has been practicing yoga since 2010. Her journey started in college and has developed into a lifestyle. Becoming a yoga student helped Katy develop body-awareness, therefore assisting her Exercise Science courses. After graduating with her Bachelors degree, Katy decided to deepen her yoga studies and become a RYT. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Fitness Yoga Studios in 2014. Learning and teaching yoga helps her find balance on the mat and also in life. Katy enjoys instructing group classes, private lessons, and wheelchair yoga at the Veterans Memorial Home. She thinks the best thing about yoga is that anyone can do it!
