What to expect in a Balance Center yoga class

Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.  Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.

Tuesday:

9:15am - Yoga 101 w/ Kasey (60-minute class)

6:00pm - Yoga w/ John Rose

Wednesday:

9:15am - Yoga w/ Kasey (60-minute class)

7:00pm - Yoga w/ Kasey (60-minute class)

Thursday:

9:15am – Yoga w/ Kasey (60-minute class)

6:00pm - Yoga w/ John Rose

7:15pm – Intro to Ashtanga Workshop Prep

Open Studio Practice in the style of Ashtanga Yoga

Individual Instruction available w/ John Rose

Friday:

9:30am - Yoga w/ Katy

Saturday:

10:00am - Yoga w/ Ceci (60-minute class)

Sunday:

10:00am - Yoga w/ Kasey
