What to expect in a Balance Center yoga class

Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.  Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.

11:00am - Chair Yoga w/ Karen

6:00pm - Yoga w/ John Rose

Wednesday:

9:15am - Yoga w/ Kasey

7:00pm - Yoga w/ Kasey

Thursday:

9:15am – Yoga w/ Kasey

7:00pm – Ashtanga  Yoga w/ John Rose

Friday:

9:30am - Vinyasa Flow w/ Katy

Saturday:

10:00am - Gentle Yoga w/ Ceci

Sunday:

10:00am - Yoga w/ Kasey
